Raise a Copyright Concern
If content on curverush2.app uses your work without permission, tell us precisely what is affected. A page can contain our text, a thumbnail, visitor comments, and a game supplied by another host. Identifying the disputed element helps us review the correct material.
Prepare a clear request
Send your request to support@curverush2.app with “Copyright review” and the affected page name in the subject. Include a link to the work you own, the URL of each disputed item on this site, and an explanation of your authority to act.
Information for a formal notice
A copyright notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the protected work and the disputed material, with its location.
- Contact details sufficient for a reply.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement of accuracy and, under penalty of perjury, your authority to act for the owner.
After a report is received
We may request missing details and remove or disable access to the identified material as appropriate. Information needed to resolve the claim may be shared with the party responsible for the content. Removing a link or embed here does not delete a file held on another provider’s server.
If a removal identifies the wrong material
Reply with the original location and an explanation of the mistake. Formal DMCA counter-notices require a signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, contact details, consent to the appropriate federal court’s jurisdiction, and acceptance of service. Consult the U.S. Copyright Office’s notice and counter-notice guidance for the full procedure.
Credits and other corrections
A missing attribution or an incorrect creator name can be reported through Contact without framing it as a copyright takedown. Explain the correction and provide a supporting source. Repeated misuse of submission features may result in restrictions where appropriate.
